Shipping Policy

At The Smoke Zone, we work hard to ensure your order is packaged securely and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship throughout Canada using trusted shipping carriers.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination and carrier but generally range from 2–10 business days after your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and after discounts), unless otherwise stated.

Oversized or specialty items may not qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.

If your package cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.

Age Restrictions

Certain products sold by The Smoke Zone are intended for adults only.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age required to purchase these products in your province or territory.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be completed.
